Some foreclosure procedures begin with that dreaded letter from your mortgage company’s attorney. That, at any rate, is how mine started. If they are declining to work with you, find a person who will help you work with them. There are housing counselors out there who can assist you. There are hotline phone numbers you can call to get help. Continue contacting people until you locate a person who can assist you with your situation.
